Behaviour - It's Good to be Green

This term we have introduced a new behaviour system called 'It's Good to be Green'.  The posters below explain the rewards and consequences, and will be displayed in every classroom to ensure the children all know and understand the system.

Below is a copy of our updated Behaviour policy, detailing rewards and sanctions within the school, using the 'It's Good to be Green' system.

 

If you have any concerns regarding your child's behaviour, or that of another child, please speak to your child's class teacher first of all.  If you still require further support or assistance, please come and see Mrs Dennis or Mrs Revill

BEHAVIOUR ASSEMBLIES

Each term, the school will have an assebmly with a specific behaviour focus, based on our School Values.  We will discuss what each behaviour really means and what it will look like, reminding the children of the behaviours that we are expecting. 

 

The assemblies will be as follows:

 

AUTUMN TERM 1 – being Successful (an Achiever)

AUTUMN TERM 2 – being Inspired or being Inspiring

SPRING TERM  1- Helping others – being Friendly and Nurturing

SPRING TERM 2 – being Independent

SUMMER TERM 1 – being Respectful and Responsible

SUMMER TERM  –  being Imaginative and Curious
